Don't blame him it's like if you spent all day inside your house and never left you would lose it lose your sanity the first day I think I believe it took me a day to lose my sanity when I was in the hospital you start hearing things seeing things getting paranoid can't sleep then all just gets worse then you get sad then depressed then you develop anxiety because you have been inside locked away from the world with no social interaction when you went you were better than when you left you become Instutionalized you can't talk to people you get nervous around people can't go to the store anywhere anymore meds don't help not even doctors nor therapists or social workers you don't have any friends family either don't care or don't care to understand

Oh so the Ottoman Empire had their version of Rasputin also. Kind of interesting statement on human nature that such people keep turning up. Kind of wish his mom had an intervened and just let the brother kill him off. As long as there was at least one other son legitimate or otherwise cuz you know these guys kept huge harems full of concubines. Yeah I feel kinda bad for him in many ways - he had massive amounts of trauma that obviously messed him up for life. That doesn't excuse things like drown your whole harem in a jealous fit, but all these stories of mad monarchs who should have never ruled in the first place, it's like, how do they not have rules like hey if this person is a total mess maybe just put them in a fine house to live out their days and let the next person in line rule.

I love the clip art of the Sultan yelling like blah, blah. I've been to Istanbul 2x. The Grand Vizier is the great advisor the leader best advice man. I named my cat the Arabic word for this (Turkey is of course not Arab) Faruq. This was because I love Arabic calligraphy and my smart little black cat with his siamese nose looked just like the calligraphy. Long live Faruqie where ever he is. Current cat is Mouselini.
