I’ve tried so so so hard to fit in. I go to this exclusive private school and I’ve tried 3 things. 1, I tried to be what my parents wanted. 2, I tried to be what my class wanted me to be. I’ve tried to be everything I’m not. Sure, I attracted a few people but nothing more than that. I’ve realized that trying to be someone you’re not will just put more and more pressure on you until you just give up. Being yourself might not give you all the attention in the world because you’re basically standing out like a sore thumb but it increases your confidence! I’ve learnt it the hard way by getting my heart broken (several times, loosing friends and also attracting fake people that aren’t really interested in you but rather the fame, attention or just for fun. I realized my mistake now but I’m depressed. How do you overcome that depression because the only thing I can do now is sulk in my room with tubs of ice cream.

I hope online folks can take these tips to heart too. I feel these can be used both in real life AND on social media. because I know that last tip is a game-changer for me.
Treat people - both friends & strangers alike - with equal respect & communicate and hear each other out, and you can make someone like you. I've had former friends that were nice at first but then turned sour & hateful later, to the point that I broke ties with them. And it was over something that could have been talked about civilly by hearing each other out. They chose to believe gossip & hearsay over even talking to me. and yeah, complete turn-off.
Thankfully, I have better friends now. Not many (I've never had many to begin with, but they listen & I return the favor.

How can you get over someone you love who is dating someone else, and what about if the someone else is your friend
I experienced this recently and am much better than before, but I still miss the person that I loved. Now, I don't want to ruin the relationship because both are my best friends.
If you read this I would be grateful for an explanation and some help with my situation.
Also, I started to see your videos and they are very helpful and have cuit characters.

my social battery gets too low to fast to do a lot of these sadly I want to do it as I'm inspired by my crush however, my body and will batter me if I even try a little too much its so unfair I just wanted to make my crush like, me I can direct my actions towards her at least but, it's just not as special as getting her to like me through behavior influences that are more fun such as increase the influence of complements I give when Shes around. any advice

Saying using open bodylanguage is look like saying that you can ride a plane and you don, t know how to ride it, what i mean by that that you must improve confidence and cure social phopia and any pirsonality problem so using open body language will be dumb or not enough and you gonna fail btw, how you will do all this advise and you not confident or has fear of speaking to people so try fix the main problem and don, t be shallow

I just try to be kind to everyone! I was in so much drama last year that this year I decided to just be a very agreeable person. Sadly, this has made me awkward and a bit of a pushover (scratch that, a huge pushover. I found that I can relate to my crush with the awkwardness but I can’t find anyone who’s a pushover like me. It’s really hard.

As someone who had no friends and felt like a monster/social outcast the world opened up for me by simply asking questions. People truly do love to talk you just need to ask them the right questions. You'll be surprised how many people will fall in love with you when you ask them something and remember their answers.

I started High School some weeks ago, and I was afaraid that people wouldn't like me because I'm the shy/quiet type. Turns out everyone in my class thinks that I'm smart and kind, a thing that I didn't know until a week ago. I might use some tips on this video aswell from now on. Thanks for this great video! :)

Hi thank you so much for your videos
I have a struggle that maybe you could cover. I seem to never be able to make friends without it being ambiguous between me and the person. I wish i knew how to make friends without them feeling like I'm hitting on them. What do you think i am doing wrong Thanks

I often wondered if people that are self-reliant having a tendency toward being loners comes as a result of the favor asking thing. That is, maybe they aren’t loners at all, it’s a just that doing everything themselves predisposes them towards not being well regarded by others and it becomes a cycle.

Damn. Thanks a lot for discouraging me assholes. I always show a blank face in public and due to my autism I have trouble showing emotions and positivity. All I can really do is hope for people who can see true it and open up to me. Otherwise I'll certainly die alone if this video is actually true.

I may struggle with the hole eye contact but I’ll try my best to show more with my body language. But honestly after watching this video I actually realised I do a lot of these lol. ( ps my friend showed this to me to try explain why they said I was kind and likeable )

I know this isn't related to the video but I have a serious question. Lately I believe I've started to get a crush. But he's one of those popular kids, and I'm shy at times. But I want to try and get closer with him to eventually tell him how I feel. Any advice
