That any of this might surprise anyone, is a pretty damning indictment of our education systems.
Hell I didn't really start learning about it until my last year of highschool when I took a Food Science class - really opened my eyes.
One of the best things you can do btw, is invest in a good blender like Magic Bullet or Ninja. Figure out what's missing in your diet, and make delicious smoothies to compensate (took me a while before I settled on my own preference) and of course the occasional fruity sugar bomb because you have to enjoy life too.
Another tidbit: I remember hearing nothing but bad talk about frozen produce, but that's total BS - frozen is actually BETTER, at least for smoothies and any longterm storage because - and again I only learned this after digging for info - fresh fruits and vegetables actually lose their nutritional value with every passing day.
A head of broccoli for example, might have only half or less of it's original nutrients mere days after being taken home from the store. It varies from item to item but the general principle holds true - they don't just spoil over time, but lose their value.
And that's why keeping frozen bags on hand is a great option if you're not planning to use right away.

I went from steak and potatoes to primarily a pork and fish diet. I've just nearly eliminated sugar from my diet, too, I stay under 10 grams a day! I started back in March of 2023, and with the inspiration of a Virgo I met, I changed what I ate. I'm more cognitively aware, and I no longer suffer from cognitive dissonance. I'm more assertive and assured of my values. When I ate nothing but red meat and consumed sugar, I was just angry, and everything was just like a blur. I'm very grateful to have such inspiration from a beautiful soul like hers. I've completely changed my life for the better

Best diet for the brain, clarity, anti-inflammatory, sleep. Keto diet.
The stricter, the more efficient.
The more carbs you remove, until you reach a maximum of 5% carbs, excluding cereals/sugar, the better you'll feel.
I got rid of ALL my health issues when I started 4 years ago. Never going back, I've never been better in my 43 years of life!

Please do more research next time. This video seems like an ad for eating cheese and fish. But the mediterran diet is healthy because you eat mainly whole food plant based. Fish contains high amount of heavy metals. Please look up dr. Micheal Gregor and do more research on the optimal healthy diet next time.

Its so crazy because my body reacts so differently now when I eat out. Since I cook most of my meals now, once I eat fast food I can feel the affects, bloating, less energy, sometimes.
Its nothing like blending a smoothy and feeling instantly better about the day

also the weather has effects on our personalities, people who live in cold areas most of them are introvert and mend to tranquillity, the opposite of people who live in warm areas most of them are extrovert, energetic and they get furious fast

Did you now there's a war going on in your body and any second you could get cancer (but those chances are close to nothing) and there are over a million bombs in your blood that can go of every second to intentionally release blood

A borderline keto carnivore diet paired with lots of exercise is mandatory for my health. My body readily converts animal fats and cholesterol into endocrine byproducts. Bloodwork confirms it.

I eat lots of kale and cauliflower. Kale is bitter. But the bitter taste of kale has anti-aging effects on our bodies. It also has a huge amount of anti-oxidant than spinach.
