- Jeff need your opinion on floor dumbbell / barbell chest press. - How effective will this workout in maintain / build muscles?
Due to my job, I have to outstation for 6 months in a rural area where no gyms around.
So I plan to bring some of my workout equipments to there.
Please like this so that Jeff able to see it. Any opinions are appreciated too!

Hey so I'm wondering how many times a week I should train a muscle group.
On average, I do 4 exercises of 4 sets of 12 per body group per week.
(2 groups per day, days a week with a rest day in the middle)
They're medium-high intensity (struggling by last 1-2 sets)
Is this enough? Should I train more?

Jeff, your videos lately have been noticeably free from jump-cuts in your speaking parts. Whatever you did to smooth out the speaking parts are very welcomed! It's great to see that you are still constantly tweaking and improving your videos, even after so many years of high-quality content.

the best pushups are done on gymnastics rings. they're way harder than regular one's, activate more musculature because of the instability, provide much deeper range of motion and with the right progressions you'll be challenged for years to come

Great info Jeff!
Thank you for working while sick. I-m doing the same thing right now.
Check your local grocers for -cold and flu brew. -
That stuff works like a charm on me.
It-s herbal, but has some mint to make it palatable.

-1: 13 shouldn't this rotation be inward (in opposite direction?
At the end of the motion you want even more contraction of the muscle, but Jeff's rotation is decreasing w load and extending this muscle.
