Doesn't matter one noodle or 1, 000 noodles noodles are low quality food. Never liked them even though fresh made noodles are very tasty. For me they are just dough balls. But that's just me enjoy your noodles if that's your thing. Oh and did never ever ever eat instant noodles they are poison. Check out how they're made people trying to live on instant noodles have malnutrition. I live in the Philippines and the poorest of the poor sometimes only have instant noodles as their food and they are still starving. It should be criminal to sell that crap as food for humans

The lady and the staff dress up (almost) in Jingpo traditional clothing. The Jinpo (Ka Chin) people are from northern Myanmar and I recognize all the food. The yellow pea paste is also known as Shan (one type of Thai people) Tofu. Tofu come in hot jelloy paste for breakfast food, and also salad form and the lady use the cold one and make a mashed. I miss Jingpo food. Mark, you should visit Myanmar again and try Ka Chin (Jingpo) and Shan (Thai) food, and I am sure you will love them.

Everyone says that Chinese food is bad but they dont know that places such as China wok Panda Express or Shanghai restaurant isnt really Chinese food its American. Authentic Chinese food is literately the best and I dont know anyone thats say authentic Chinese food is bad

Usually when I travel to the Philippines I always have to drink bottled water and have food cooked with bottled water because the water there is not purified like it is in America. So I'm wondering if the water used for the broth gave him issues lol.

I LOVED when Ying brought Micah to your end of the table and we got to see you feeding your son. I don't recall ever seeing that before other than maybe ice cream/treats. With the chopsticks it was very emotional for me. Well played

This Muslin food makes me think about Brazilian (and portuguese as well) food and how much our food is similar. The base of our cuisine really came from the portuguese mix of culture.
