Petchaburi Soi 5 is one of the best Bangkok street food streets Petchaburi Soi 5 ( 5) has long been one of my go-to street food streets in Bangkok. Starting in the evening at around 4 pm, the entire road starts to fill with street food carts selling all sorts of Thai dishes. Youll find everything from rice and curry to soup noodles, snacks, and fresh fruits and vegetables. It had been a few years since I had explore Petchaburi Soi 5 ( 5, so in this Thai street food tour Im taking you with me to some of my old favorites, and some new spots. Enjoy Yam mama ) - 50 THB (1. 52) - This is the first dish I tried. MAMA are Thai instant noodles and this is a completely different way to eat them - in mixed salad form. Khanom krok ) - 30 THB (0. 92) - Coconut griddle cakes are one of my favorites, they are crunchy on the outside and gooey in the center. Dont miss this Thai street food snack. Cha yen ) - 25 THB (0. 76) per cup - Thai tea Pad thai, Hoy tod ) - This was formerly a street food cart that now has their own permanent shophouse location. They make pretty decent Pad Thai and they hoy tod, which in this case in a mussels omelet, is pretty good as well

Love watching your videos and your enthusiasm. I noticed your hair was a little long in this episode. How anyone can eat like you do and stay skinny. I hope you keep your Thyroid in check. Overactive Thyroid is probably better than sluggish. I hope one day to travel to Thai and Viet. as they are my favourite foods. Have lived and done Europe, but where I go it is for the FOOD. Put a warning on your Vids that watching will make you extremely hungry.

The instant noodle stall is spectacular. because the vendor could easily make her own stock and buy fresh noodles. She puts a lot of effort into the stall already. Yet she chooses the packets. Its the ultimate instant noodle lovers dream. I think the noodle companies should sponsor her or have her contribute recipes.

If these meals were made here in the US the prices wouldve been triple maybe quadrupled. Earlier in the clip he sat down for a lot of food and the price (US 3. 81 wow. Same for meds, we pay for a one month supply of say cholesterol pills 1000. 00, but in other countries the same meds from the same company 5. 50.

This looks good, interesting to watch, too, even though I've never been to Thailand. That pad thai looks so good, I love pad thai. Also, were you really eating all this all in one day or tricking us by wearing the same shirt and going on different days lol? I'd be full after one thing

The Lin Fa plant is the oroxylum aka Indian Trumpet Flower or Indian Caper. The fruit is a long flat pod and is very very bitter like bittergourd. Its very common in the Indian subcontinent and anywhere south of China. Btw you are supposed to eat the salad and Nam Prik with rice.

At the conclusion/ last food stall, who followed that Thai girl/woman in the maroon top and blue jeans, holding a plastic shopping bag? The camera person clearly panned along with her as she strode by, to catch and offer a better look. Thanks. Thoughtful. Pretty
