Well done. I got one for you. My ex-wife worked at a well known steakhouse in the Midwest and stole their recipe.
Put your steak in with big chunks of kosher or rock salt to draw out the moisture like you would brine a fish for smoking.
Brush off the salt after a hour or two when it starts to get that look of beginning to dehydrate.
Season with:
Paprika
Seasoning salt
Small pinch of granulated sugar
Black pepper
Oregano
Cook to desired level on a gas grill to get char marks.
Throw a pat of butter on the steak as soon as it comes out of the fire.
Let it set for a few minutes to let the meat soak up the butter and settle.

The main benefit of learning you can make it yourself is that you realize just how bad most fast food is. The extra bonuses, the feeling of accomplishment, of knowing you can manage your money and time more effectively, having really good food right at home, etc, are great, but honestly, realizing that home cooked meals are better by every single measure is really motivating to me.
It also helps me realize just how little food I truly need every day. Restaurant portions are crazy huge for no reason.

I love copycat recipes, especially when they are better tasting! And don't ever apologize for getting your hands dirty, a true cook will always get their hands dirty because if you're like me, you'll want to touch your food. That Filet o fish looks so good! That's my guilty pleasure and the only thing I eat at McDonald's besides fries. Can you do a copycat recipe of the honey walnut shrimp at Panda Or the chicken tenders from Cane's Two things my kids love! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Soo, I have absolutely no doubt yours is better. it looks PHENOMENALLY better! I followed the recipe in one of your other videos on how to make tortillas at home. The flat storebought stuff in a bag doesn't even compare. Love your cooking videos! Thank you so much for sharing! I'm definitely going to try these out next time i'm craving somethin goood!

That initial photo in this video looks absolutely delicious. I maintain that anything we make at home from grocery store ingredients is vastly superior to 99% of everything pre-made or restaurant/fast food. Thanks for helping us to enjoy home cooking more!

These recipes look absolutely delicious. MSG is primarily made via the fermentation of corn, beets, cassava and other starches and sugars. It is fine and much safer than other products found in process foods or big chains restaurant foods.

My child absolutely loves their nuggets, so I really need to try to make these at home and see what she thinks. Much cheaper! The McChicken looked good as well, that's one of my favorite sandwiches so I'm going to try that one as well.

OMG! I'm 67 years old and I had absolutely no idea that nuggets were made from chicken that had been ground! Eeewwwwww! I've NEVER eaten ground chicken and I have no desire to! I'm sorry. It just literally turns my stomach.

Can be adapted to the diet you choose. And even diabetic. With the right buns. Looks yummy. I bet ya can shape the nuggets with cookie cutters. For kids. Or you if ya like em that way.

Better, cleaner, tastier for us to cook at home, way less expensive! Don’t mind going out on a birthday but then I choose a specialized eatery that serves things I won’t cook myself.
reply

I would love to see you do their new chicken tenders. I love those, too. I’d assume they’re the same batter & process as the nuggets and chicken patty though.
reply

I just need one reason not to buy anymore the minute they said there is human meat I am out and I will never buy from them ever ever ever that’s a no for me
reply

I’d love to watch a video making the old fashioned style tater tots. The recipe has changed to a mashed potato filling. I miss the old style texture.

Yeah, asmr completely escapes me. The sound of her biting into that chicken sandwich filled me with a violent rage. I hope to try that recipe though.
reply

Oh I stopped going there decades ago if it wasn't for my son at least. He loves the nugs! The fries aren't horrible today. But they're getting there!
reply

Oh that all looks delicious. Can my boys and I come over for lunch (Just kidding)
Have a great Friday and weekend Angelica and family.

1. It's garbage. 2. It's sickening. 3. It has no nutritional value. 4. It will cause you to cease existing. Those are four good reasons.
reply

I haven't had McDonald's in years because it makes me sick. I'm happy to see this video because I do miss the chicken sandwich.
reply

Um really There is only one reason not to eat at McDonald’s, it’s McDonald’s, there I saved everyone 16: 15 of their time.
