I love how you always say I'm using what I have. That's exactly how I am. And, who doesn't like cream cheese? lol (If anyone reading this, doesn't like cream cheese, don't choose to be offended) I made baked macaroni and cheese that has a lot of cheese, but isn't creamy. It's just different. But, I also love creamy. Depends what I'm in the mood for.

Great creamy recipe. Just little tip you don t have to bake it with the foil on top as within the 20 mins it will be cook & be golden brown on top. The macaroni is mostly cooked and it won t dry out because of all the cheeses so no need for the foil.

I haven't tried those noodles yet. I did try the Birdseye veggie noodles, but they were still too heavy on my tummy. I've been very happy swapping cauliflower prepared different ways as a replacement for noodles and rice. Grated zucchini works great too.

What a good idea of using cream cheese in mac and cheese! Love that idea. I love Evaporated milk but my husband will hardly eat it if he sees I have used it. So, I am a closet user. He loves my mac and cheese. Proving, it is ALL in his head! Lol

Mama. please add how many people served with your recipes, too. There is only two of us and I usually cut your recipes in half because if I don't, I have to give away my food to all my neighbors and I think they are getting tire of it. :(

This looks delicious! Thanks for showing how you re adjusting for your needs I m diabetic, and it s hard not to be able to eat what I want all the time. You looked really great in the video where you were in the frame!

I m not a fan of cream cheese, however this video/recipe looks scrumptious for sure! I never would have thought to use smoke paprika in this particular dish. Next time I make Mac& cheese I m using this recipe. Thank You

Dear Lord, please create pasta with no carbs or calories. Please and thank you I love Mac and cheese. My type 2 says oh you can have some but only a portion which is more than one bite. (Sighs. I miss Mac and cheese.
