can i try this to fix my blood sugar levels? i am still reading atkin's books but still on the fence in doing it. i have read it on his diet books about ketosis and tried if for 1 week and feels so weak, maybe i am missing some supplements or magnesium because i am getting cramps. what are some things i need to get to start this regimen?

Great topic and info! I have been on the keto diet for a couple of months. love not having to eat every 3hrs! Dr. Dom was the primary reason I even tried the diet to begin with. he backs his claims up with real science! Thanks for bringing this to the forum!

Hi My question is i do Keto lifestyle for a while now but i'm still confused about the macro nutriens? Do you have a good advise to determine if i'm in Ketoses and the Macro's?
Ans how about cheet days?

I'm working on this type of diet. I lost 24 pounds in 3 week. I also been doing push ups. I'm very heavy but I'm getting that under control. Good information here thanks.
