With chest so many do too much exercises, it's the form and stretch you need to worry about. Flat Wide DB Press, Incline DB Pullover (yes great exercise) and a bodyweight exercise Wide Deep Push Ups/Wide Dips. Natural lifters don't need anything else and this coming from someone with the worst chest genetics of all time. 3 exercises with perfect form and complete stretch. Chest doesn't do well with too much volume, quality only. You have to keep ego out of it, you can cheat and see increases in weight but if you don't get a full stretch it won't grow evenly, took me 3 years to figure it out.

Just a couple of things I'm noticing with a few of these videos is
they're not doing two things I thought was very worth while - they're
not pausing at the top and not going slower on the way down.
I thought these two techniques were almost necessary to help work the muscle more.
Can anyone explain?

My chest workout.
Benchpress: Pyramid
Dumbell press: 8-12 reps of 3-4 sets
Dumbell flies: 10-12 reps of 4 sets
Cable flies, both upper and lower: 10-15 reps of 4 sets on both
Dips with weight: 10-12 reps of 4 sets
Pushups: 3 sets to fail
Let me know if any of you try this and tell me how it worked.

i wish you guys would stop doing the 30 degrees angles, we cant see the exercise being done properly. just keep it simple straight on front view, side view, back view, top view always make sure we can see both side of the body working not just one arm and the other we cant see because of the angled views

Can i perform this 5 sets for each exercise?
- 5 sets incline dumbbell press
- 5 sets dip
- 5 sets flat barbell press
- 5 sets cable fly
- 5 sets Hammer strength cross body press
- 5 sets plate front press

I'm sceptic about the last exercise as gravity is vertical to the motion you are doing. Therefore, I presume, front delts will be more benefited by it than the actual chest.

thanks, i tend to get bored of doing the same lift with the same work outs, so i like to vary it, plus its good to change for more grouth and makes it more fun: )
