ATX mobo and Full tower should not be the standart anymore, even Mid Tower is still too big now considering there are some Kickstarter for small cases, i dont know anyone who build their pc to play games has all the pcie slot filled up. not sure about workstation pc but im pretty sure that running multiple GPU wont net you much of improvment either. triple fan radiator is not much better than double fan radiator. just kill mounted odd and odd SLOT lmao, and get USB odd, they are like 15usd.
look up cerberus X, its (i think) the smallest atx out there, only 19. 9L, much much smaller than mATX cases, high compatibility with multiple configuration, its kinda expensive though but if a company who only sell in US and only ship from US can make it and sell it, pretty sure Corsair and the like who pretty much have a reach around the world can push the trend of smaller cases.

Just follow this step Corsair:
Make the 220T (basically a Meshify C -inspired- case) bigger to properly fit a 3 fan GPU with enough space for a 360mm radiator to be mounted in the front and clearance for a 240mm radiator on the top. Also add USB Type C and separate headset & microphone jacks to ALL new line-ups (no one wanted a unified jack but Corsair decided to screw everyone over. Price point should be identical/slightly higher price than this iCUE 465x case to keep it competitive vs other case manufacturers.

I change case almost every time I change motherboard/cpu mostly because it usually comes with higher/different cooling requirements 3/4 were corsair the only one not Corsair was the Lian-Li O11 Dynamic XL (buy the XL not the regular one, corsair currently has great looking but cramped -designed to be on a desk- mid tower (like the 680x I'm typing from now ) or giants like the 1000D nothing really in-between

Great chat session, Gordon.
I'm really keen on this case, but I'm disappointed that Corsair have not addressed one particular issue.
I'm planning to include the Corsair H100i AIO Platinum 240mm and Corsair Vengeance 32gb PRO RGB ram.
Unfortunately, the rad and fans will not fit in the roof of this case when using an ATX form factor.
How can this happen, Corsair!

I love my 780T black case, it has a little bit too much plastic, would prefer to have all 3. 0 usbs at the front but other than that it looks amazing, fits any component you can have on the market. Love the easy to open side panels, love push to open filters, just awesome case. I personally not big fan of glass in cases, i also dont like cramped small cases.

I just picked this case up for my 2nd build because every needs 2 PC's lol. I bought the 3 pack LL120 fan kit a year ago at $99, this case at $199 CAD is a steal when you add in the 3 LL120 RGB fans and Node controller which are $169 CAD right now. So this case really cost me $30 plus tax. Best deal ever!

Imagine a new ITX like small form factor with I/O on BOTH sides so front panel I/O is upgradeable with a new motherboard. Better audio and much less wiring and increased modularity. Improvements/reductions to power and data cables could be addressed with modular backplanes.

Case design aka make one model, slap as many different fronts, fans and whatever crap on it and call it a day. I don't call that case design, that's fooling your buyers, especially when you are so called a -premium- brand but ditch out so much gear with flaws.

I think Corsair should create a line of products that they can experiment more risky thoughts with, you'll be surprised how many people don't care about stuffs like 360 AIO and RGB, basically stop thinking yours is the only way the computer cases should be.

For me it's about 75-90% looks with a lot of RGB for me when shopping for a case hahaha. Maybe it's because I just a console gamer up until last year so it feels nice to get truly customizable with a gaming rig && I go overboard haha
