I ordered Blackview BV9600 Pro phone and I am so disappointed that i feel I have to share my experience with you all! -
Sadly I received a defective product. -
1. The phone had cracked display over the back camera and the pictures always had reflections. -
2. The phone was not waterproof. After being in the shower the sound was distorted. -
3. Just after a couple of days of usage the torch/ camera lighting stopped working. Up to this point the phone has never been dropped. -
4. Now after 2-3 weeks of usage the display has died. -
The phone is absolutely dead. -
This was low quality and defect product. -
I tried to get in touch with Blackview Support team. Multiple times. Nobody answered. -
I will leave negative review everywhere about it everywhere I can on the Internet. I have already told all my friends to stay away from them. -
Hope you do not get scammed like me.

I just bought it via Amazon, it is the most unreliable and buggy phone. It keeps restarting by itself, maybe after going through the customs x-ray machine. It failed a memory write test. Scored a 130. 000 on the AnTuTu test, which is below most current phones that I could get for under 300dollars. I could destroy it by taking it on one of my worksites, but I decided to return it to Amazon for refund, and of course need to swallow my shipping costs and deal with the customs to get my import fees back. Will never buy a knock off brand again, a brand that is learning on their customers money. I hope that other people had better experiences for almost 700CAD

hi. i just watched this vid just right now. its been late i guess. but im a rugged phone user since 2017, most rugged phones issue is that the side layers or corners can be easily peeled off. without these corners. it is jo longer rugged. most of rugged like ulefone. corners are just like being glued to the phone rather that using screws. hope you can make a vid about this. thank you

I broke the back glass 2 times in 6 months, drop it from my lap when i got out off my car in a hurry. The camera protection is made from plastic so it will scratch and crack if you put the phone in the back pocket and sit on it. The camera stabilizator is crap and ear proximity sensor is crap. Otherwise the phone is awsome.

Junk phone got mine in march. by may the screen went black no power and the company refuses to answer me. so im out 370 bucks that i could of gotten a phone where a company would of at least stood behind their product. very unhappy and will never buy this brand again

This phone is actually terrible. Mines screen broke after 3 months without any impact.
The camera is blurry and blackview don't honor their warranty and refuse to repair or replace the faulty unit.
Stay away from blackview completely

The phone slided out of my pocket while sitting on a chair and fell on the floor. Nothing happened externally, but the screen inside the phone broke! There is no replacement part, so I now own a 400$ brick! :(

Please put various virus into it. Let see it able to work after that since manufacturer claim it physical body though. How about internal attack. As phone mean nothing if software not working well.
