Anything developed in Rust has a pretty high lame factor. Technically, Rust may have its merits (although I find it rather syntax overloaded), but it's the horrible community that really makes it suck. The SJWs found a programming language and now they are demanding that everything gets rewritten in it as well as being political activists (for all the -right- causes, no doubt).
Those of us who are a bit older still remember that there's No Silver Bullet. You can safely stick to what works: C, LISP and a bit of assembly language. Small shell scripts to glue things together. I do use Go quite a bit as well, that is one modern language that I really do enjoy programming in. No excessive, convoluted JS-like syntax that screams of -this was intentionally made to look complex so that the programmers can pretend to be smart-.

I have to admit, I downloaded the corny-jokes script from GitHub (not the snap, also I modified the file containing the ascii smiley for a smaller one of a previous version :D) and I now have it added to my .bashrc lol. You can easily modify the jokes or the smiley it is text files.

you are forgetting the undefeated triple punch that is fortune - cowsay - lolcat. Steam Locomotive is another one you should check out (a joke program. whenever you type sl instead of ls, a train chugs across your screen. control+c will not kill it, you have to wait.)

May you make video on permissions. Particularly:
1. What permission give to a file.
2. If we mess the permission of files in home directory accidentally (like: -chmod +x --) how to undo it.

Hey DT, I would love for you to do some review on Bedrock Linux, I've been playing with it for the last couple of days and it seems like an awesome project, I can't figure out why is not so popular.

I-m going to fork cornyjokes, and allow it to pipe quotes from fortune. Or integrate it with my cowsay. This is going to be some time well spent

Did you know you can BUY Cowsay off the Microsoft store?
It even has a free trial,
it's only $0.99 - Windows users are so lucky.....

Wow! People actually went to the trouble of making Snaps out of these scripts? I guess just to see what it takes to make a Snap?

Speaking of terminal apps, does anyone know the program he uses to get those nice ASCII art pictures when he opens the terminal?

Ok, you got a point there. Snap Store has no quality policy on place to filter crap & avoid misuse of resources & users time
