First of converted the Rounded Corner Rectangle along with the WordArt to an object using Merge Shapes / Subtract command. Use different Fill Colors with 10% Transparency. Then applied Motion Path (Left and Right), With Smoothness, Duration 1.50 Seconds, Auto Reverse and Repeat Until End of the Slide.
