I just polished off a dozen of these wings and wow, they were great! Unfortunately, my range is about 22 years old, so the broiler took about twice as long on the wings, but when all was said and done it was worth the wait! I added a teaspoon of chili powder and red pepper flakes to the sauce to heat it up a little more. The sauce I made was about twice as much as I needed. Will this sauce keep if it's refrigerated, or is it a one-time use sauce. Just thought I could save myself some prep time if I can re-use the leftover sauce next time around. I'm trying new recipes daily during this pandemic we're all dealing with, and your recipes have been a huge hit in my house. Thanks Sam!

So tasty. So simple. Now that it's fully legal in this state. Would you guys consider kicking off 2017 with stoner food week (or month? Just a tribute. BTW, I just bought the ingredients to make spam sliders this weekend. For an extra twist, I'm cold smoking the spam slices first. Applewood.

Good job on this one. You can also crisp your chicken wings in the oven by coating with baking powder and your favorite rub. Skin will be deep frier crispy. However, I recommend you place your wings on a cooling rack with a baking sheet below them, while baking them.

I am assuming that if you left them under the broiler for 10min. each side that the broiler was on low. Let me know if I am wrong. From one Asian Cuisine fan to another; keep it Curry and you can't go wrong. I Can't wait to try these.
