you should do one episode with Kunal Vijaykar in Mumbai- he is just like you. Absolute foodie. im sure you have heard of him and have even watched his episodes. He is just like you. He can eat anything - absolutely anything. India has a lot to offer in terms of different cuisines and cultures. you must Explore Bengali food, Kashmiri food, Bihari food food from an area called Coorg in the state of Karnataka - extremely diverse. In India you cannot say that one kind of meal is Indian food - Indian food changes every 100 kms. completely different cuisine and flavors. every region has their own style of cooking and recipes. you will easily find South Indian and Punjabi foods all over the world and being sold as Indian food, but India is way beyond that. trust me it will shock you when you travel to the Off route places which most tourist from other countries have never been. you must travel to the North East part of India. you will experience some real tribal food as communities there still follow the custom of hunters and gatherers alongwith agriculture.

Spaghetti are not noodles, they are pasta. Pasta is made from a different flour, noodles are something completely different. You call spaghetti noodles in Italy and it's a wonder they don't chuck you out of the country. Why do Americans call spaghetti noodles, its just pathetic. Americans dont know anything about differences between names and words. No wonder the rest of the world think americans are thick. I thought this video was about noodles one noodle dish and the rest pasta. Just a CLICKBAIT VIDEO and the thumbnail proves that americans think pasta are noodles and also proves my point that Americans are thick.

As amazing as all these noodles are, the noodle dish I miss the most are my mother's chicken and noodles. She made the noodles from scratch and rolled them out like a pie crust. She just used a knife to cut them. Simple boiled chicken, chicken stock from water. She probably used flour to thicken the noodles. It was served in a large, glass, bowl, family style and usually was something we would eat on the weekends.

They're hit and miss for me, you can have a really good tasty noodle dish then go round the corner and the exact same noodle dish will be dreadful. People go mad for noodle boxes in a cardboard box, I think they're sweaty and taste like they've been left in the bin over night

You haven't tried noodle dishes in Indonesia at all, all you've tried are meatballs! You should have tried MIE AYAM, MIE GORENG, and MIE PANSIT. Those are the noodles from Indonesia. Not BAKSO. The noodles in BAKSO are a complement, not the main ingredient.

Thanks for narrating in between the clips instead of just throwing them together Mark! I don't mind seeing some of these again because I love noodles, so to be reminded about how many different styles & varieties there are around the world is great honestly.

You’ve traveled the world and tried almost every cuisine. So my question is simple. What’s the best cuisine in the world, Mark If anyone has the right to give that title, it would be you.

When Mark slurped the ramen broth, I thought he was going to say 'oo, mommie! ' Very impressive, Mark, but was there a reason why you did not do Indonesian mie goreng (stir-fried noodles)

I've been eating noodles with butter and parmesan cheese for years. I like it so much more than the fettuccine you get in here.
But I still would love to try the original.
