This might be the BEST buffet in the entire UK The Glasshouse at The Grove Hotel serves over 1, 000 people a day 5 major cuisines, 8 live cooking stations, and a seafood spread that's unreal. But you NEED a strategy to conquer it. Here's how to eat everything! Just outside of London in Watford, The Glasshouse Buffet is an all-you-can-eat feast that goes way beyond your average buffet: fresh oysters, prawns and lobster, hand-rolled sushi and sashimi, a British roastery, live grill, Thai and Vietnamese, Indian curries, Italian pasta and pizza, a full cheese room, and a dessert spread with a chocolate fountain. In this video I'm sharing my complete station-by-station strategy so you can make the most of your time (and your stomach space) and get to the very best dishes first. LOCATION The Glasshouse Buffet, The Grove Hotel Chandler's Cross, Watford, Hertfordshire, UK STATIONS WE TRIED: Cold Seafood Japanese & Sushi Salads Thai & Vietnamese Indian Asian Soup Italian Pasta & Pizza British Roastery Grill Dessert Cheese Which station would you hit first Let me know in the comments If you enjoyed this video, please LIKE and SUBSCRIBE for more food and travel videos from around the world it truly helps and I appreciate it! #UKBuffet #TheGrove #London #BuffetFood #FoodTravel #Seafood #Sushi Follow for more food: T-shirts: Camera gear I use: (some of these are affiliate links and I will make a small commission from any sales)

Went a couple of months ago thanks to videos like this.
Really not worth it. It's surprisingly small and each station only has a small amount on it. E. g. Indian food had maybe 3 curries, pizza station 3 options too.
All inclusives around the world or even regular world buffets have more options.
The quality was obviously better though - but for the price of a Michelin menu, you should go somewhere better imo.
Solid, but 4/5 without taking into account cost.
3/5 taking into account cost.

I would never go through a buffet like you did but it did give a good overview of the stations. I would eat the food I never make myself, food never tried before and expensive items. I would totally miss the carbs of pasta, pizza and noodles, potatoes but maybe have the soup with just a bit of veg. Being british I would bypass roast dinner but have some steak. If having sushi I would only have one piece. You have to pace yourself well for this extravaganza!

I am eating Kenyan Nyama choma, and I thought wow that meat is very rare but looks Yummy. Mark you must have the Genes of a cow with 2 stomachs hehehe Love you Ndugu. This is one of the best if not the Best buffet I have seen but as an African where is Kale I asked just when you showed me the Kale, but where are Collards and bitter leafs. They need an African Corner. Please pay me for that suggestion hehehe

For me, a buffet is the very antithesis of fine dining. Hot, cold, veg, non-veg, Japanese, Chinese, French, Italian, Indian, Thai, British food, virtually everything under the sun, piled onto one plate, with all the sauces running into each other Do you even know what you're eating No, thank you. I'll just settle for a portion of pan fried foie gras and aged dry beef with dauphinois potatoes!

Why didn’t you get the king crab legs Probably most cost effective item too get considering the price of them and I didn’t see you even try them Missing out big time they deffo prob best item of food there taste wise also you eat mustard like a champ that’s not meant for the potatoes it for the beef and your meant too have about 1/16th of what you had but fair play mate hahah

Hi Mark, it's Mike the seafood chef down in Kent. I rate this as one of your BEST reviews. Yep, the Lunch Buffet at The Grove is the best in the UK. Your review a great and so necessary guide to eating there. Don't know how you managed all those stations. If you want another venue I highly recommed the Japanese Buffet at The Beaverbrook in Maidenhead, Cheers, Mike.

Let me guess (I did not watch the video. You loved it so much. Not so much a spoiler alert, just the same as expected, like every other video. Are you a paid advertiser
Yeah, I watched this for 10 minutes. Exactly as predicted.

The chef at the Asian and Roasters seems to know Mark love spicy food and made him fresh chillies. Awesome buffet they don't skimp on quality ingredients and portion. I will never be able to taste everything in one visit.

I have eaten there because its local to me. Its like eating in a station waiting hall, no atmoshere whatsoever. When we arrived the table was not set hardly any service. Asked and got a reduction but not going back.

I’m born and bred here in England. But I can assure you I’m just waiting for zero body sway and Marc being astonished by how much London rips of tourists. But he’s polite so he won’t say it. So I will.

Wow that’s a lot of food for one smaller person where does he put it all I would love to try but at 94 pounds I know I would only eat the equivalent of 20 pounds worth maximum. My stomach is small.

The Glasshouse at The Grove is amazing - the quality of the food cannot be beaten, and it's my home town. They give you the best of everything, it really is a place to book for a special treat.

Try to start substituting vegetables for meat. It is a more compassionate way to live, and provides significant environmental and health benefits. As a former meat eater, it was definitely worth it.

Talking over and therefore spittting all over the buffet for views! Disgusting. Appalling! Hideous! . Restaurants of all kinds need to stamp down on this stuff! He’s not in Thailand now!

The most unbelievable buffet I’ve ever seen. I’m 6’ 2 and a big guy.
I couldn’t even eat the plate of roast dinner!
I’m planning to go though.
Brilliant video

To be a foodie you need to have an exceptional digestion system. If you are a skinny foodie it shows that you have the right cut. Otherwise, you may not survive this habituation!

I would have not left the sushi, seafood and bread section.
Maybe trickle over for some pizza but as someone who eats halal, bread, seafood and sushi is the safest bet.
