the whole mayonaisse thing, I would rather do an egg wash on the bread and then butter it, its basically the same thing minus the funky canola oil or whatever that's in most mayonnaise

I made this today: It's not bad but it's too vinegary for my taste and it felt like the smell (while cooking it down) was burning my nose hairs off. xD
