These EGGS!
You gotta try these!
As much as you love eggs, you really gotta try these deviled eggs. Even if you don't make a video of it, I'd love to hear your feed back on them.
Peanut Butter & Horseradish Deviled Eggs.
1 Part Cooked Egg Yolks
1/4 Part Peanut Butter
1/4 Part Horseradish Sauce (I know you like straight horseradish - not sure how much of that to use if you sub)
1/2 Part Mayo
Kosher Dill Pickle (small slices about the length of the egg and only about 1/4 - 1/3 inch wide)
Smoked Paprika
Sriracha Hot Sauce (or, in your case, you'll prolly use Cholula but the thicker Sriracha will present better for Max's photos)
Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
Mash yolks with fork until fine.
Mix in Peanut Butter and Horseradish Sauce.
After PB and Horseradish are mixed
Then GENTLY mix in Mayo. Do not over mix or it will separate!
Put mixture in eggs I use a spoon for a rustic look. Yes Max, I push it off the spoon with my fingers.
Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika.
Add small slice of Kosher Dill Pickle on top of each.
Zigzag Sriracha Hot Sauce on top.

I’m still waiting on you to try Chicken Parm Cremera Pizza.
Pizza Crust
Tomato Sauce
Alfredo Sauce
Diced Grilled Chicken
Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Bacon Crumbles
Roasted Garlic
Ricotta Cheese
Red Pepper Flakes
Italian Seasoning
The way I do it is tomato sauce on the crust then Alfredo sauce on top of that diced grilled chicken, Mozzarella, Parmesan, crispy bacon crumbles, and chopped roasted garlic. I like to add red pepper flakes, dollops of ricotta, and Italian seasoning.
I’ve been asking since September 5, 2023

I have a question wouldn't adding soy to all the ingredients add too much saltiness to the meal He added soy to the gravy here I just saw the fried rice. I think I just sort of something else that's a lot of salt so I don't cook with soy that much so I don't know how that would work.

I've been to both Maui and Kona, and the best thing I ate at both places was the Loco Moco. The place I went in Kona had a variation with kobe beef and fried rice, and damn was it good! Then the Maui version I had was made with corned beef, that was amazing too.

Hawaiian Fried Rice - Can use bacon sliced and browned crispy, add day old rice, soy sauce (based on the color of the rice) and sugar (Tablespoon, then at the end chopped green onions. The easiest and best fried rice recipe ever.

I've been to Oahu and Maui, but I haven't had a chance to get to The Big Island yet. One of these years we'll make it out there. We've been going to Hawaii most summers for the past 20 years and it's always bitter sweet to leave.

Thank's Sam. I am a massive fan of the Loco Moco. The first time I served it to my family, they fell in love. What's not to love; the fragrant rice, the ground patty, the intense gravy, and the over-easy egg. OMFG!

Oh of the best things about Hawaiian food is their simplicity. While this looks amazing, it’s something I wouldn’t do. Upgrades to the patties rice and gravy. Eh, I can do without. The locale looks amazing.

That's definitely on my list of things to try. And speaking of trying, you should make the world's greatest sauce - monkey gland sauce. You may need to visit a South African shop for the main ingredient though.

What a gorgeous getaway! I’m loving what you’re cooking and about to go make it myself. My son is going to be so excited! Please send that knife over when you get back in town. Your neighbor, Casey

I love the off the cuff stuff you do surprise addition of steak sauce. You saw you had it and knew it would bring a little extra. I do that and my family thinks I scattered and crazy. I am

That looks really tasty and well, the location doesn't suck; ) But you guys are hilarious calling that 'at altitude' try cooking where water boils at 197 degrees. keep up the good work

When you get back to SD, you need to check out the Hilo-style Loco Moco at Leilani’s in PB. I lived in the Islands for six years and Leilani’s is the best Loco Moco I’ve had.

Haha clicked on this because I grew up in Hawaii. Figured he'd be in Maui or Oahu but turns out he's in my home town. Outside of absolutely butchering Hualalai, great video!

I lived on the Big Island of Hawaii for a couple years. As a non Hawaiian, non tourist, I was treated like shit by the Hawaiians. I would never go back to vacation.

I live on Oahu, Ko O’lina, I visit Kona to do the canoe race in September. Loco Moco is a staple of life. You don’t need to add so much salt. Nice try at da pidgin

Wait Sam, that’s a great quote for a shirt from your merch. if you don’t like onions, use them because you’re missing out on life. Fckin brilliant. I’d buy it

I've always wanted to see Hawaii, unfortunately this is a dream. But, I am tickled to see you and your boys get this opportunity. The Loco Moco was just a bonus.

Love the on-location vids! Ignore my comment if you've already done this for future outdoor vids, but an ND filter will work wonders for those super bright days: D
