Today I am making a McDonald's McRib, but better. The best part of this popular sandwich is the slow cooker ribs recipe. I hope you give this a try next time you are craving a McRib. It's so easy to make! INGREDIENTS 3 to 4 lbs baby back pork ribs 1/4 cup of bbq rub 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 cup of your favorite bbq sauce 4 bolillo bread rolls pickles onions Slow cook ribs in high for 3 to 4 hours or until tender.

This sounds delicious! I'm down for a descent sandwich. As for your cookbook. I have it! I frequently use it when I meal plan for the week. There are some family favorite recipes already. I used a post-it page tab to bookmark favorites. I also make a copy of the recipes to save the cookbook from kitchen disasters.

I bought your cookbook at the end of last year, I believe. I love that book. It has so many great recipes. One thing I would love to see you make is stuffed sopapillas. I know there is the honey ones, but I mean the ones with meat and cheese and rice and yum lol

Way over cooked. Should have been 2 to 2 1/2 hours in the slow cooker. You don't want it falling apart. You want it like a patty or steaky texture. This is more like pulled pork.

how many times has the mcrib been discontinued tho? I was born in 97 and they constantly say it's going away but it doesn't lmfaoaoa it's been around longer than that

I had never heard of that bread hack before - so cool! I'm glad I clicked on this video even though I'm not really a fan of mcribs. This looks delicious.

Oh My Goodness. That looks like the McRib Sandwich but only better because now with your recipe we can make it at home anytime. Thanks so much.

I always thought you had to add about 1/4 cup water into the crock while slow cooking. Be great if that's not always required?
