30 to 32 oz shredded hashbrowns

8 oz sour cream
1 Tbsp dried chives
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
8 oz mild cheddar cheese
1 lb lean ground beef
10 oz can Rotel diced green chiles and tomato
1 Tbsp dehydrated minced onion
2 tsp light chili powder
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp granulated garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
