Here is an easy way to make green enchiladas. I am headed to the grocery store then back home to cook dinner. My family loves when I make this! Ingredients 24 oz jar green salsa 14 to 16 corn tortilla 1 lb chicken boneless breast or thighs 1 Liter of water 1 Tbsp chicken bouillon powder onion 2 cloves garlic 1/4 tsp dried Mexican oregano salt and season shredded chicken to taste 4 oz Cotija cheese Mexican crema MUSIC Courtesy of EASY Green Enchiladas Cooking Dinner Enchilada Dinner Idea food: La Costena makes the best store bought green salsa! Not that others are bad, but they aren't as good as La Costena in my opinion. I use it to make spinach and mushroom enchiladas for my husband's breakfast. We also prefer Verole crema, but I think that's more of a Mexican sour cream than a table cream. You have inspired me so much with your videos! You make everything look so easy. I appreciate you making them.

Oh my goodness. I have this on my menu this week, but instead of chicken I'm gonna chunk up a pork loin and sear, then put salsa Verde over it with a little chicken broth. Simmer for couple hrs. Then shred and stir and have Pork salsa Verde tacos with fresh tortillas and rice of course Thank you Angelica for your everyday use of easy ingredients and making it taste amazing! I'm your biggest fan. I have cooked so many recipes now and have had them many times. My family knows you and your voice. lol! I have your cookbook too! Simply a wife and Mom killing it in the kitchen girl with your recipes keep doing you bc you are awesome!

What brand 0f mexican oregano do you use? I'm not fond of Mediterranean oregano and want to try mexican oregano. Knowing a brand name would help me to know I'm actually buying the right type of oregano.

No bell pepper in the rice? And where are the frijoles? lol I used to make 48 of these when it was my turn to cook at the station, I used this same salsa because I worked at a busy Firestation.

A note on the rice; many American brands of rice are Enriched! And do not need to be rinsed. Please check before cooking.
The recipe looks delicious! Thanks for sharing!

After seeing that recipe I was ready to eat. I bet your kitchen smells amazing. Never knew to make enchiladas with hot sauce like that. I want to try making them. Great chef.

So cool. I thought they had to be baked after assembly. Maybe that's why mine always turn out soggy. I gave up on enchiladas years ago, but I'll give this recipe a try.

Last night I cooked your beef taco & hash brown casserole, and my family LOVED IT! I used ground turkey and they didn't even notice the difference! Thank you so much!

I liked that you can use bought salsa when you don't have the time or some ingredients to make the salsa best wishes from Edcouch Texas Familia Aguila

Yes! I'm going to try these! I don't typically like enchiladas because the tortillas get soggy when it's baked in the sauce.
