Korean street toast is steamy hot, sweet, sour, juicy, and crispy with buttery toasted bread. Jessie: I am beginning to like kimchi. Didn't know it can be used in many ways to cook or eat as it is. I'm an Indian and not used to eating kimchi becos of the sourish taste. I love to make this myself by adjusting the ingredients to suit my taste but have not picked the courage. Maangchi pls make a small portion just for me
