A kimchi pancake is one of the easiest and quickest things to make and this kimchijeon is one of Koreans all time favorite dishes. R. : I just made a kimchi pancake today before came across this and my pancake for some reason taste dry and 'flour-ish', even though I actually used exactly same material you mentioned. I noticed you put almost 1: 1 of kimchi and flour, could that be the trick? I put around 4x flour than kimchi.

I always do everything your style, since a vegetarian and I love Korean food the most, I have made batches of kimchi and to my kimchijeon I even added bottle gourd and grated potato. It was delicious. Thank you for teaching us.

If I dont have a good scale, can I measure out 1 cup of kimchi and have it work? Or does it need to be measured on a scale?
