I had a pretty dumb my car won't start episode the other day. I left the house in my work van (no problem, no sign of trouble. I stop at the convinience store and go in. I come back out and attempt to head on to work, and nothing. I turn the key a few times and get nothing. I figure at this point, let's start small. So I pop the hood and inspect the battery and connections. There was a small amount of corrosion, so I pulled the terminal connections and cleaned them. I also cleaned the posts on the battery. I put it all back together. The van started right up without missing a beat. I still went ahead and got the charging system and battery checked to which it was all fine. Its just wierd that this happened with no warning.

man, i was just outa luck on my car.
It started but then immediatly shut off. it had oil, it just got a new battery, and all dashlight boards turned on.
Turned out it was the thing behind the steering wheel with all the meters on it (i don't know the name for it in english sorry.
So the garage that my car got brought to send it to a specialized company to get it checked out allong with the keys, they couldn't find a specific issue to they just reset and recalibrated it to the keys and well, the car worked again.
All in all it only cost me 200

hey chris, listen, i was told some time ago this, and now i took notice, so ot may be a good idea to share with you. so after you put the ignition key and turn on the battery, i was told to wait a litle for the fuel pump to load before starting the engine, another thing is when the engine starts, to let it get hot, and if possible never to start going rear with cold engine. If you would like you can make a video about litle thing like these and maybe debunk some myths. Good job man!

My gf's car didn't start overnight too. Drove it the day before, sounded very much like a battery to me. I swapped it and the car ran fine. She was a little angry it didn't start, bad car bla bla. (note this is her first ever issue with the car. The car is 9 years in april and it was the OG battery. I think it's a damn fine sturdy car. So the battery was atleast 8, 5 years old, i think that's really strong for factory. Women! :)

Hey Chrisfix, i just ran into an issue with my recently purchased Ford Windstar from 96. The Immobilizer got issues, the red light where it shows a key flashes like crazy and the car shuts the engine down after two seconds. We cannot figure out what might be the issue. any suggestions how to bypass or find out what is wrong with the immobilizer? Thanks!

hi, there. i drove my car earlier today and when i tried to use it 3 hours later. it wouldn't go. my battery is new likewise 8 months old. my lights come on, there's no signal stating its the battery or anything and the clock hasn't reset. do you think its the starter?

So like I havent turned on my car in about 2 months, and it snowed twice. And I tried to turn on my car today and it wont start and its showing the red battery sign and its showing a car with a lock on it. What does that mean?

The new Duracell battery you got should be a really good one mine went out in my 92 f250 and the only tag I could find on the battery was 2008 and that's 12 years ago

I have a 2006 F150 lariat 4x4 and it has a battery light and a good amount of fuel but it wont even crank over but it shows I have a battery

Tip number 1: get really mad and jump in the seat and hit your steering wheel a couple of times cus ur awkward
