Custom LED Light Bar Build #01 (Part 1 Project Night Light) Join me in building a custom LED light bar mount for my truck. I start with a drawing and some pieces of metal and make it into a fully functional rig to hold my 42in LED Light Bar. The rack consists of bed rails, a headache rack, and a roof rack, all-in-one, to hold the light bar. I use 1. 5in. 083 wall square tubing, a 90amp harbor freight flux welder, a grinder, and a cutoff wheel to get the job done. Sam: I know this is 5 years ago and I never noticed when I watched this new; you tacked the posts to the rails then took them off and did the full welds, but when you attached the upright pieces you didn't tack, just went full send all at once. Guess it didn't matter in the end

Recently, when I lost my job at a restaurant, I picked me up a 21. 5in light bar and let me tell yall this.
That light bar makes the whole difference, why did I choose a 21. 5in besides of smaller? To me, I wanted to fill a small space up where it looks professionally installed from the dealer as an option where I put it was on the bumper because I wanted to have it out front vs having a roof mounted one, now, whenever I get money and get another truck I would love to fabricate my own custom off road bumper, and install a load of led off road lights. I seriously would love to see those videos Chris. After watching what Chris can do to any vehicle, I have always told myself: If he can do this, so can I!

I've been watching your videos for some time now along with others and noticed that NOBODY has posted any videos on a highly sought after modification to the Land Rover L322 (Range Rover) - specifically the full brush guard/headlight guard. I'd be VERY interested in seeing this even if it means having it done to mine

Good video but just a small preference:
I would have measured the tubing for cuts so they were both exactly 5. 5cm above the bed. I'm a millwright by trade so being anal with measurements is in my blood
