This 30 minute drop set dumbbell workout is exactly what you need to BUILD muscle and endurance. Strength training is incredibly effective at not only building muscle strength and tone, but the added weight places an extra amount of exertion on you throughout each of the exercises, resulting in more calories burned. This is key for losing body fat. Here's how this workout will go down: Each round consists of 3 exercises that are the same or similar movements. For most of the workout, the 1st exercise in each round will use x2 dumbbells. Drop to x1 dumbbell for the 2nd exercise in the round. Drop to bodyweight only for the 3rd exercise in the round. Each exercise is 30 sec, so you'll complete all 3 exercises each round without rest, for a total of 90 seconds, before taking a 30 sec rest. Hey Dan, i have been following you more than a year. time to time i have been doing your exercises mixed with what i want. But it didnt helping so much. im on %26 fat ratio now (im not looking like have %26 fat but still the ratio is) (and im 85 kg)
I left my other type excercises and started your shred 2 program. I'm following it. I'm on day 7 today.
what do you think? I'm doing it everyday but is it enough? should i do extra excercises to put some extra muscles and lose fat?

great workout! one question i have is if time of day is flexible (ie: a person that works from home) is there a better time of day to do workouts? morning, afternoon and if it differs between a cardio workout or a muscle buidling/dumbell workout? thank you in advance!

This session is a complete body workout. no need to look out for an another session. doing this twice is enough for a day and a get beautifully sculpted body. and don't forget to pray and thank to our sincere coach sir. dan

Be cool if u put something scenic on your TV while we workout. Like the ocean or forest or a bunch of hotties in bikinis thx man for your content
