Congratulations Jeff, its been great watching you over the years and I have learned a bunch regarding keeping my body healthy (even though I may not always adhere to that knowledge. Look forward to seeing you continue to produce amazing content. My question is regarding online coaches such as yourself and if you believe they are a worth while investment. Ive never hired a coach nor a trainer but have always tossed around the idea but concluded it was only for people looking to compete. Im not entirely sure what to expect or even if the coach will be able to effectively work with me (I have previous military related injuries. Can you go over what to expect, when you should look into hiring a coach and how to get the most out of this process?

Hey jeff First of all, congrats man For my question, I'd like to know how you'd deal with muscle imbalances? I've been struggling with my chest imbalances (right peck is smaller and weaker than left) for years and I've never been able to fix it. I've done dummbell presses over bench press, to doing a bit more reps on say the peck deck/fly to the weaker peck, as well as using a slightly heavier weight with the weaker peck (by just 5lbs, but still the imbalance is still there. I've been trying to fix this for around 3 or 4 years now. As there isn't much discussion nor info about the topic of muscle imbalances, maybe you can do an informative video about it? Peace man Insta: migzreyes

Hey, First of all, congrats to one Million Im a beginner and watched many Videos of different youtubers but you are by far the best one, you get it on the Point and explain everything very well and makes it easy to understand, so thanks fort thatTo my question: Is it true that simply focussing on the upper chest in the chest training is enough to hit the lower section as well? There are more people having a Strong lower chest section instead of a upper chest, so can I just train the upper one and get the lower one involved enough too? greetings from germanymoeller. maximilian1997web. de

From Denmark and I just started watching your videos, because of a recommendation from a friend. I love whatcing i in particular, because you explain why this exercise and this technic is good and not recommending technics because I like this. This feels good for me like others do, but you go into depth with the reasons why some training is better then others. Just loving it. I have it hard to build muscle, mostly because of diet/nutrients needs, i think. Any tips for the smaller guys on getting started and get those goals achieved? IG: mikael0978

Congrats, bro I watched the video when it came out, but I didn't know what to ask and now I do Hopefully you read this, even though I thinks it's unlikely. I wanted to know how you think we should analize our leverages to choose good stances and grip widths in the big 3 (or even 4, considering the ohp also); like, how to choose between sumo and conventional deads, and easier ways to find grip and stance widths in squats and bench. Thanks for your content, I really like it and recognize myself in you, so keep going

Hey Jeff, I just watched your old 10, 000 calorie/ how much fat can you gain? Video. My question is, assuming you eat in a surplus of enough calories to gain 1lb of fat, how long will it take for your body to actually store the excess calories as fat? Also, do you personally focus more on weekly calories or daily? Finally, have you experimented with week-to-week calorie cycling or are familiar with any relevant studies? I really enjoy your videos Congrats on 1 millionInstagram- chandlertkd

I currently don't take any whey protein, but i do take a plant based indian supplement called sattoo (chickpea powder. I want to know what i should do in my training or diet to increase my squats. Is there a way to stop muscle soreness? I've heard BCAA's help but I've never bought them, I just assume that my protein powder with 6 grams is enough. Also generally I don't get sore, however, I started going into a push/pull/legs kind of thing after a year of lifting and I feel like I really shouldn't be getting sore 3 weeks after starting it. Since the first time I started watching your videos on youtube, too seeing you in person at the Arnold, youve been a huge motivator in helping me reach my goals. Well deserved 1 Mil man My question is what is the best way to develope 3-D looking boulder shoulder? should you train high reps with drop sets or lower reps with more moderate weight?
