Most Brutal Back Workout Ever feat. Josh Vogel at Mi40 Gym Fraudulent Earth: That's not brutal: no heavy deadlifts, T-bar rows, bent over rows, shrugs or anything approaching proper muscular failure. Watch a Dorian Yates back workout and you'll see the real deal. When he does his lat spread at the end you can see that there's no thickness to the muscles of the back; his chest, shoulders and arms are too far ahead of his back development, and his neck is way behind that - 14 at best, I'd say 15: 22. A small neck is evidence that he neglects to use free weights when it comes to building the back of his body. You need some neck hypertrophy; start doing heavy free weight work, the strain from heavy deadlifts, shrugs and rows as well as direct neck work will spur new growth.

You have motivated me to join the gym where I used to live at before. I must admit you are a big inspiration. I have horrible horrible anxiety and panic attacks that have kept me from exercising due to having exercise induced panic attacks. Makes me tear up to watch your videos and see the determination in your eyes I once had in mine before I let myself be defeated by my condition. I pray i get to get back into the gym again doin gwhat I love before I leave this world.

I love Jeff's training ideas and the way he uses science to explain them. But by isolating the Lats and using shitty rom, they are completely neglecting the function of the Teres major. Which is much more important than the Lats in the world of physique sports. Not to mention the rear delts that work best through assisting in compound movements and the traps that are impossible to train directly. I mean. I dunno. I certainly won't train like this.

Bravo to this guy for creating this science lifting/nutrition brand for himself. Drop all the science jargon, even refer to vehicles as cars like a normal person and he would look the same. It's called being 20 something, having stocky build and lifting on a regular basis. But like I said, bravo because this man knows his branding.

Great footage Jeff There's some really creative equipment there I'd love to have access to. By the way, remember my comment on your pulldowns and how to properly activate them the elbow needs to touch your trunk and avoid leaving the elbow floating in med air? I heard that echoed by Josh in that seated row.

Hi Jeff. Just interested, as someone such as yourself who places so much emphasis on science and application of research data to your training why do you use a bro split considering the overwhelming evidence that it's not efficient for building muscle as a natural?

Hi Jeff quick question. I've been training for about a year and I've hit a slight weight plateau. Would you suggest doing a 10k calorie challenge to try and slow down my metabolism and break through this plateau or would that be a waste of time

That song at 3: 14 is not the song you put in you discription but I really want it. That song has to be some kind of copyright free song because there are a lot of versions of it. Someone pleeeaaase give me a name, I can't shazam it.

That was far from brutal. Are you sure you guys weren't doing ballet? Stick to the old school. The dude in tights does not have a physique that supports good results from training like this on pointless custom made equipment
