The TRUTH About Body Transformations!

Body transformations are one of the most popular type of workout video being watched every day. The reason for this is that we often try and find inspiration through the accomplishments of others. When you see someone that is your same age, has the same training experience, shares some of the same challenges that you do when it comes to sticking to a workout plan and they get results-you instantly feel more confident in your own ability to do the same. In this video, I break down the common thread behind all body transformations. Before you rush to judgment and are quick to point to performance enhancers for the results that you see, understand that they are not nor never will be a prerequisite for change. You can make an incredible body transformation without anything but hard work and a dedication to nutrition but you will share something in common with that person that took dangerous shortcuts. You both will have had a moment when you looked at yourself in the mirror and determined that you had enough of looking at the person looking back. Something in your head will tell you that there is something far more important at the end of your transformation that exceeds whatever is standing in your way at the moment. Maybe you have a problem drinking? You can-t seem to get your drinking under control and every time you go out socially you undo all of the hard work you put in during the week in the gym simply because you do not know when to say when at the bar. Perhaps you have an inability to stick to a healthy eating plan. The temptation of indulgent foods is too much for you to resist when you are in their presence. You know that eating them will not help you to get ripped and lean but you simply cannot say no. Maybe your career demands that you take your body to another level in order to compete with those that are performing at the highest level. In the case of WWE superstar Jinder Mahal, this was likely his motivation. This is a wrestler that was fired by the company after spending years of being the guy who was booked to lose to the other wrestlers. He realized that he wasn-t dedicated enough to preparing himself to be the best. Now whether or not his path took a more dangerous turn than I would ever advise you as a viewer of my channel, you have to understand that the moment he made this decision it was his drive and commitment to finishing what he started that has seen him through and all the way back to the top of the WWE. We all have obstacles that stand in our way. Most of the time, our body transformations are stopped by the most powerful obstacle of them all, our heads. If you can wrap your own mind around the reason why you haven-t been able to get to what you want and then make the commitment to change that as of today, you are much further along towards reaching your goal than you would ever imagine. The start is what stops most people. Body transformations occur one day at a time. If you can start then the most amazing thing starts happening. You start seeing changes. The first time you see abs or the first time someone gives you a compliment, it completely energizes your pursuit. Suddenly it becomes even easier than ever to say no to whatever the temptations that were almost impossible to ignore up to now. So what you need to do is look yourself in the mirror and honestly ask yourself what is keeping you from the transformation you know you are capable of. Set your sights square on overcoming this one obstacle and let nothing get in the way. Prepare to be inspired by your own self achievement and then sit back and watch as the entire transformation becomes easier and almost automatic. If you are looking for a program that puts the science back in strength and the truth at the forefront of everything you do, head to and get the program best suited to your current training goals. Stop letting the start stop you. Start training like an athlete and see just how much more you are capable of with commitment to the cause

People that devote their lives to -fitness- is a full time job.
Not everyone can -train- all day.
If your not in the fitness and athletic field of work, you have full time job, relationships and perhaps children.
That said you have too find time for activity and to move your body. You don't have to be Mr. Universe but too much emphasis is on getting a six pack and 20 inch biceps for men.
Everyone sells the fantasy and not realistic goals and results.
It's what I call the blonde in the bikini on top of the car to sell the car.

Tried to get lean for year's, with more cardion and whatnot in my program, one day i got pissed and completely cut off everything related to sugar and flour in my food.
For 60 days i dropped 10kg of body fat.
The results are awesome and i don't even think about junk food anymore haha
I've been always skeptical towards diets becaus i tought they would make me miserable but once you experience the actual gains from a diet it becomes a way of life with great rewards, the message of this video is absolutely right in my point of view.

My trigger was me seeing I weighed 255. I was okay with 230, but I just kept going up. Simple. Figured why not if I am going to lose weight go all the way to where I truly want to go. Mine is boring but that is what set me off.
(calorie counting currently and I probably lost at this point 4lbs haven't weighed in for this week. Something about keeping up with numbers knowing the day I should reach it excites me.
Bonus I found out I am a mesomorph, which does explain a lot)

Trust me I have been training my whole life. The truth about quick body transformation for somebody over 30 is steroids. Building muscle takes time, and it is especially hard if you want to look ripped. I understand the message here but like showing people who use illegal steroids as examples of progress is bad. It is bad because the goal becomes too extreme. For me it is a bit sad that extreme bodies becomes the norm in movies and in entertainment.

Summary. Mindset and approach are key.
Recognize that there is a problem if there is one.
Determine if you can do something about it.
Come to terms with there being a problem.
If you can't do anything about it, accept it and do what you can.
If you can do something about it, commit to fixing it.
Identify the problem.
Identify the solution.
Address the problem.
Implement the solution.
Rinse and repeat.

Ive lose 75 lbs over the course of 4 years or so. I say that because I would go up 10 to 20 lbs in the summers and just the food I was eating where i was at. Its been a hard journey and im about 10 pounds from where I wanna be which is a full 6 pack. All you gotta remember is the day is gonna pass no matter what, and your either gonna lose a little more weight or stay in the same spot you were at

Unfortunately, this approach can easily lead to unhealthy behaviors and obsessive way of thinking. This lifestyle is NOT for everybody, not everybody can DO IT without some serious consequences, and no matter how strong the motivation is, a lot of people will actually end up feeling deprived, isolated, extremely body-focused and crazy around food.

I've been training now successfully for 3 years. One thing that helps me is taking full body pictures every once in a while. So when you look back, you see that you have actually progressed. I also get a great boost every once in a while when I meet someone I haven't seen for a long time and they compliment me on the muscle I've put on.

In front of the mirror, take the time to appreciate your effort and who you are. Yes you can ask more, but you should love yourself at every step trought your goal! May be its time to say ''hey I'M a pretty good cook'', -I'm handsome-, ', -I have a good discipline and I will continue! - mirroring positivity is the key to happiness.

I've always been a fitness enthusiast but never took it to the necessary level for a transformation. 18 years old and I never felt so strongly for a girl until recently, got rejected, was a huge deal for me, so now I'm fueling all my anger, depression and desire to make her mine into a hellish workout plan and diet.
