now RX 6500TX die is 107mm2, but RTX 3050/60 die 276mm2 so? you ask
RX 6600/XT 237mm2 vs RTX 3050/60 die 276mm2
RX 6700 XT 335 mm2 vs RTX 3060Ti/70/Ti 392. 5mm2
RX 6800/XT/6900XT 519. 8 mm2 vs RTX 3080/Ti/90/Ti 628. 4mm2
looks like the 3050 is way out of the 6500 weight class
now Vega64 486 mm2 14nm vs VII 60 331 mm2 7nm so - 155mm2,
so lets look at 1gen RX 7nm vs 1gen RTX 12nm
RX 6900XT/6800XT/6800 519. 8 mm2 vs TRTX/80Ti 764mm2
RX 6700 XT 335 mm2 vs RTX 2080s/80/70s 545mm2
RX 6600/XT 237mm2 vs RTX 2070/60S/60 445mm2
now using Hardware Unboxed number the AMD 1gen RTRT cards do look good overall,
but they make the little RX 6500TX look a little lonely.

A Chromebook with a 6800U or 1265U would be an interesting addition. Google really needs to adopt the mainline drivers if they want to take gaming seriously, they bought Neverware for CloudReady and still haven't improved the Desktop experience.

Rtx 3050 are garbage for its price, totally pointless gpu even worse then 6500xt because 6500xt at least you can find for 250-270$ in reality while prices of rtx 3050 450-700$ on Amazon and Newegg! only megaretards pay for that price

To rely on mainly one plant (TSMC) for chips from AMD & Nvidia was not smart at all. There should have been many plants years ago in place. It might have helped a bit with the shortage being how it is now.
