I just got my pair in, they seem oddly quiet via USB & Bluetooth. Bass was rather weak, I had high hopes with these, I will give it a crack again after doing the head scan, but the volume is a bit too low for my liking.

can anyone tell me if connecting directly to USB-C on my android phone allows me to experience the full surround sound or is it still a stereo peripheral and the surround sound is only truly available through USB-C to PC?
