i need to fill the same number to the down until it reach to the the cell contain another number and so on and on... how i can do this by formula without doing ctrl+D to individual cell go to downward in more than 9000 rows..?

Thank you for providing such information for a poblem of which i thought it didn't have a solution. My extra question is if this is also possible to do within Power Query, because that would save a lot of time as well.
