Dear Mynda, I used to calculate item by using formula 1-sumif($upper ref:upper ref,cell ref,$upper data:upper data), that formula really takes time. I still not found how to calculate how many items for backlog (due under current Month), current months, and future due date. I usually put qty, and items on the next column. If you don;t mind can you let me know your email, and I will send you the calculation I made, and I want you simplify the calculation. Thanks for your response

Mam I used separate Power query to append Gross sales of various Branches to find total Gross sales and Sales return of various Branches to find total sales return in two different sheet, in one sheet total Gross sales and in other sheet total sales return. To find Total Net sales, I manually reduce sales return from gross sales. Mam is there any way to do this all calculation in power query itself.

So first thank you for all the learning. I am hooked on these videos. Question however. Unless I am misunderstanding I am trying to do calculated fields/items and I think because I am creating a pivot table containing values from multiple tables the calculated items/fields is greyed out. Any work around for this?

Older Pivot Tables could show several values in the same cell (number, percentage, etc.). No more.
Suppose I have 10 branches and 150 client deposits. I want to group branches in 2 rows. First row shows branch name and deposits. The second row shows a % (from grand, row, etc.). Any suggestion?

thank you , While making a pivot table, and when I inserted a field for the quantity again to make percentages, this message appeared (multi data fields of tah same field are not supported when apivottable report has calculated items problems)

Hello, I'm trying to create a pivot chat. I have the pivot table as well as other data outside of the pivot. I want to use the percentages from the outside data which is not in the pivot data source. Can someone please help me?

hi I get an error when trying to jnsert calculated item is a variance it says unable to insert pivot in this section due to grouping?! Not sure how to overcome this error
