Its really hard to actually root for AMD in this scenario too considering they had to delay their launch because they got caught with their pants down getting ready to screw people hard on pricing. They cant be trusted either. The only company in the GPU space that actively isnt trying to screw people is Intel. I wish Intel the best, we desperately need them in this space. Buying an Nvidia card is completely out of the question for me at this point. I am far more interested in a RX 9070 if the price to performance is there and the driver support is good. Even if I do get a 9070 I will likely consider buying an intel card purely to support them and put it into a backup rig. If we ever want this madness to actually end we need to give intel our support. Nvidia is an industry villain and AMD isnt much better.

AI stocks are poised to dominate in 2025. I prefer NVIDIA because they are well-positioned to sustain long-term growth and serve as a foundational platform for other AI companies. I know an investor who has achieved over 200% returns with NVIDIA. I'm also open to any additional recommendations you may have, Earning a weekly income of $55k in day trading Even during a recession and high inflation is impressive. Kathleen Eisen is doing a fantastic job and is the perfect person to lead these investment activities, make you win in both ways Earning&Learning.

I don't know how to get this seen by people. But BB employees are allowed to buy items on the clock. They're scanning 4090s that are selling for MSRP in my area into their store inventory, and then immediately purchasing it in person before even bots can ping the inventory appearing on inventory tracking websites. Employees are taking bribes of hundreds of dollar to provide preferential treatment to customers, or scalp for their own benefit. I feel like GN needs to do an expose on this to pressure Best Buy Corporate into actually making a change.

Unpopular opinion : when your richer than all but 13 compagnies ... you're too rich.
Also : lower the price of your gpu for gamer with so much money on your hands, you don't need to increase it anymore! Stop being Rockerfeller with just a little more even selling gamers gpu at a price point to just to break even would ensure multiple century of fortune for all employee of the company with the current value accumulated and anyway your main income is from datacenter now.

Do an investigation on NVIDIA, because of this release it’s reasons why NZXT’s is unaffected by being called out, consumers are really being pushed to subscription based services, I personally wouldn’t pay more than 10-20% over MSRP but this release was BS. It’s 2025, we should have made to order services, not wait and find out if they got any. As of this writing the postal service is not taking packages from china/hong Kong so who knows.

Regarding Nvidia stock drop. A bit of thought and number crunching later, and I have this! Instead of buying a RTX4090 FE launch on Oct-12-2022 for $1599 USD, one takes that money and buys NVIDIA stock. Today, 2-5-25 Nvidia stock is at $118.65/share. At launch (of the 4090FE) Nvidia stock was $11.23/share. The difference $107.42 x $1599 (you invested in Oct 22) = $171,764.58 in your pocket TODAY! That'll bake your noodle!

The thing about pieces of paper on eBay are most likely NOT actually trying to get scalpers... This is a common eBay scam that goes back years, this is just a very convenient excuse. I reached out to a few of the sellers with questions regarding these types of listings and was met with responses along the lines of get lost. It's quite funny to see a lot of these same scammers trying to masquerade as good people now, how noble.

The specs listed are inaccurate. You state the 225f has a 100 mhz increase in boost in max when the 225f has a decrease in max speed of 100mhz, the 225f also a has a decrease in E-cores base of 200mhz and 100 mhz decrease in base P-core. As well has a 4mb decrease in cache, not increase unless your were talking about a product that wasnt on screen. Thank you for the content and the tech news Gamers Nexus team.

The Deepseek server is in China controlled by the CCP. That's where your data will go to know what's going on in nonpChinese heads. Just look at the IP address you are using. Goes to a Huawei data center in Shenzhen. (tracert of URL in CMD and WHOIS lookup IP address). It's basically a system for Xi's thought police with yoinked data before users could use it

Who's looking to even buy the 50 series in the first place It's not exactly a big jump over the 40 series. Even though I have the top end 4090 there isn't a reason at all to do an upgrade to a 5090. And with a 4080 super in my other system, I see no reason to buy a 5080 either. The justification in price and performance just isn't there.

Call me a conspiracy nut but methinks the shortage might have something to do with the g-man in some way, kind of like when the military used PS3s (over 1700 units). Especially with the push for AI nowadays, that may be the reason why...especially after we got stomped on by DeepSeek. Just food for thought

The best selling CPUs from intel, i assume are the i3 12100F (70) and the i5 12400F (110). The 13400F is 130 and it has E-Cores. They still have no price copmetitive successors for those lmao. All the core ultra processors are horrendously overpriced. They need a Sub 150 processor ASAP in my opinion.

I've been an investor in Nvidia for the past six years now because I strongly believe in the company and in the stock, but now I've been thinking of redistributing my portfolio of about $560k and buy other stocks. Maybe buy GE or Tesla The decision can be confusing sometimes

Really hope we get a video on the rampant desoldering of Cores and VRAM of people in the USA and shipping them to China to get around restriction. So disgusting seeing so many GPU's cannibalized so China can get their hands on chips they're not supposed to have.
reply

I really dont care, still happy with my 4090 and I see its still worth the same, thats first time in history afaik that a GPU is still worth the same at least 2 years later! But this is thanks to the low stock and poor raster performance uplift since last gen.
reply

I guess we have it a little better here in the US. I've heard end of Feb for 5090 stock and continuous improvement into the summer. Also, working for a pre built company, all we're pushing is 9800X3D now, but then again we're enthusiasts already.
reply

I swear, during the premier at CES jensen said there wouldnt be stock issues and they had plenty... So lied about that and deceived everyone about performance and its actual marginal improvement for the cost and extra power draw...
