I am from the grandma generation, although I still have all my teeth, thank God. Sams Best Beef Burrito is the most authentic restaurant style burrito, and tastes the way I remember burritos were like, thick with meant and vegetables, and juicy, on the inside, and crunchy on the outside with the red sauce. Thanks Sam for informing us how to make this dish.

I'm originally from SW Michigan. the Grand Rapids area to be specific. There is a local food favorite there called the Wet Burrito. Very similar to what you're doing except they mix the enchilada sauce 50/50 with brown gravy. Once ladled over the top, it's topped with melted cheese, diced onion, and sour cream. it's amazing! Give it a try.

Love pressure cookers. No doubt that meat tastes great, but if you want to get rid of the pot-roast extra soft/wet texture just fry it in a dry pan for a minute after pulling it out of the pressure cooker. Either way it will be great but the texture is better if you get rid of some of the water

The food looks great I will admit but this guy exudes nastiness in his personality. I wouldn't eat his cooking bc he demonstrates bad hygienic habits and culinarians are trained not to do all The things that he does. He's a gross dude and I bet he feeds his family his germs.

Sam, I really appreciate how you are cooking using everyday cookware. I know many people will talk shit about this nor being real, but to me its perfect for anyone cooking in a hurry. Besides, its your food and show, cook it anyway you want man

One way to tell the heat of peppers is to look at the stem. Mild peppers will usually have a straight stem and hot peppers will have a curled stem. I learned this from pepper farmers when I lived in New Mexico. It really is pretty accurate.

Using the same ingredients, but instead of using the pressure cooker, would pan-searing it then using a slow cooker make a difference with regard to the end product? (I know it would take longer, but other than that)

In the possibility of being cut off (again, I am trying to comment about pressure cooker technique. It appears from this video that mastery of the pressure cooker is on its way. Keep working on it. It's an uphill climb!
