Mar still isn’t me. But, that scratching across what you’re cooking is enticing, so I tried it myself with the last cook. I was able to get the same result with your STCG knife. RINNNGGGEEE, what an awesome sound! Don’t know how you’ve done it, but glad I have it!
You still got that finger condum.
Don’t you know the knives are sharp as fu$k

Hungry Toppers were a brand of frozen snack that included the Breaded Lasagne, as well as little handheld Cordon Bleu and Chicken Kievs. There were some other varieties too, but mainly they all shared their size with a standard variety mince and cheese pie, so could be purchased warm from a corner shop (we call it a dairy) and eaten on the go.

Lasagna Toppers are a staple food here in Middle Earth!
Love them.
However you have to find a shop that makes the Lasagna properly otherwise the breading and frying doesn't taste right. And there's a way they have to taste!
And yes we have Toppers at our outdoor gatherings.
Love your version Sam.
Best from me way Down Under!

I'm surprised about the apparent use of retail shredded parm. With all the quality ingredients you typically use, I would expect real parmigiano reggiano, not the saw dust fake stuff. So hoping I'm wrong, and it was just a reused container
Looks fun though, something I may try next time with the lasagna leftovers.

Sam could you do an easy cooking tips and tricks video For example, draining grease from a pan by tilting it and soaking it up with tongs and paper towel. Little things that make cooking more fun/easier for amateurs. I think it'd inspire a lot of viewers to not be intimidated by cleanup or overcomplicating the work involved.

Speaking of deep fried italian-ish food, you guys need to do an episode about the famous Toronto comfort food: Panzerotti. Kind of a deep fried calzone. Man I loved those when I went to U of T for a year and my mates got me onto panzerotti. (So much great food in Toronto we don't get here in Victoria BC)

Let’s make Lasagna even more fattening than regular lasagna! Not that I wouldn’t try it, lol. I struggle with the carbs as it is. I’m gonna try this eventually lmao. I’m not being negative at all, I’m just joking. I’m open to all new recipes.

1: 01 As you were describing _the dish_ I could hear my arteries squealing like dirty, dusty, old _bus brakes_ rounding a corner ten miles an hour too fast.
I am definitely going to watch this. with the clinic detachment of a _coroner. _

If you want something great deep fried get Alton Brown's Good Eats recipe for oven baked mac and cheese then cut the leftovers out into slabs bread it and fry it. Best fried mac and cheese you'll ever have it's the perfect recipe for it.

If you like fried food. You try making CHEESY BACON BOMBS. It's a 1 inch cube of any cheese, then rap the cube with one whole biscuit or a half of one. Then rap that with bacon and fry it. Awesome super bowl game treat

As a Kiwi, your version is totally alien. But holy shit it looks good, way way better. The lasagna toppers I have eaten over the last 60 years are really mashed potato with a meat sauce on top and breaded.

You get these at fish and chip shops everywhere in NZ. We are not quite as bad as they are in Scotland though where nothing is sacred from the fryer. Deep fried Pies, Mars Bars you name it.

The finger sleeve Honestly just use a pair of gloves it's okay even i do it occasionally at home And yes I get you have a cut on your finger But the food looked delicious anyway

The best outcome is to chill it and then cut into 1. 5 inch squares so each bite is completely covered. Best party snacks ever made. Have dipping sauces also. Your welcome.

Yummy cottage cheese. Looked good coming out of the hot oil bath, like deep fried Cod filets but I bet it tastes better. Thanks for your years of delicious recipes Sam.

Greetings from Canada Sam and Max. Abomination! Lasagna is best served heated the next day. Just like hangover cold pizza from the box the morning silly.
