I used to make these in Australia, over there schnitzel parmigiana is really big, which is basically the same as this without the bun. We also had Caesar salad on the menu so one day i combined them(chicken schnitzel, bacon, egg, cos lettuce, Caesar dressing and parmesan) i honestly cant tell you how good it was!

Sandwhiches like this suck in my opinion. What the hell is the point having like 30 different flavors going on at once when your brain can only register a couple? It's even worse when they use expensive things like truffles, lobster etc. Such a waste. The famous BLT is a good example of a well designed sandwhich.

Hi Sam, Big fan of yours here in the UK! Here in the North East of England we have a similar dish to your chicken parm - We call it The Parmo. Instead of using the tomato topping you used, we use a Bechmel Sauce. Maybe you could try it out and have a true taste of Teesside! (That's where it originates from.

Damn that looks delicious, might just be the best chicken parm sandwich Ive ever seen, added lots of flavor with that garlic butter on the ciabatta bread, and that sauce looked like it was really good, and the chicken was seasoned well so Im sure that was a amazing sandwich wish I had that right now

Man, I was thinkn a couple strips of bacon on top top. Or pan fried thin cut Danish ham and make it a hybrid cordon bleu. Leo's Danish ham was a food group in my home as a child, I have looked and me thinks they went toes up in the 80s. Bring back LEO's Danish Ham

I love how the production quality is so high but the guy is so informal and casual and swears and smacks things off his cutting board. Amazing. Most people taking you through recipes forget they're talking to actual people. This is nice

If you want to give this an Australian twist put a couple of slices of ham on the parmi. Lived in Australia for the last few years, Parmis here are always topped with some ham between the sauce and cheese. Its pretty good too.
