Delicious homemade beef stroganoff from leftovers

My wife Kelly doesnt like this - which means the rest of the world will love it. Garth: For a quick one, this seems great. It's the same looking except for the noodles don't peek through and give it the decorations they would. Making up some noodles would be about the same amount of wait time as the toast, if there were some handy. Recently made stroganoff with the same steak vs. lower grade beef and it was a huge success. I don't particularly like to prepare a wonderful steak that way but it was the same deal as in the video, we had 2 New York's left over and decided to use them. What a great idea too.

Beef stroganoff good! M-m-m-m. And, really, if you like this kind of stroganoff you could really get into chipped beef on toast (AKA Shit on a Shingle. I love it! Simple peppery white sauce, shaved beef (or dried beef in a jar, can be seared from a roast or something else like left over steak. Play with some onions and mushrooms in it if ya like. It's a great fall breakfast treat and something many a camper loves! My dad is a WWII vet and this dish definitely resonates with some vets.

Just watched this, so have not tried it yet. but no doubt it is delicious! Sure looks to me like you know just what, when, and how to put together some awesome and tasty good food!
