Im truly sorry Sam, I love your recipes, but I simply HAD to express what a turn off it is when you talk, burn yourself, and sputter about with your mouth during your shows! I dont mean to be picky, its just something I have a hard time listening to and seeing. I realize youre eager to sample your delicious recipes, but maybe you can become aware of some folks feelings about this topic. Thank you for your wonderful show, Ill do my best to be strong and continue watching for a bit, I really hope this will change. Youre great, keep up the wonderful work you do. Regards, Susan M. Gowen

Wow wow wow. I made these last night and OMG they are literally unreal. EASILY the best burger Ive ever eaten. I normally just like ketchup on my cheeseburgers but I have lots of time to kill (like we all do) so I made the onions and the sauce too. The burger was that good its all me and wife have been able to talk about this morning. How can just beef mince taste so frickin good! I will never buy another burger again. Thankyou Sam

I just happened to watch one of your videos. You get an A+ for entertainment and salesmanship, not so sure about your recipes. Definitely not the recipes to duplicate if a person is concerned about eating healthy. I think you went to the Trump school of exaggeration, the biggest the best the most amazing ever. Don't stop it makes your videos fun to watch.

I just made this! My son has been craving In and Out but since we are on quarantine I had to make this at home and OMG! I will never, ever buy frozen patty burgers again! This was sooo good. I've made many of your recipes and have never been disappointed.

Followed the recipe. Man, the stove was a MESS after cooking these. But, without a doubt, I will never make another homemade burger any other way - I put some chopped lettuce and tomato on, too = The best homemade burger I've ever had. Just, damn.

i liked the video because he kept it simple and honestly ham+onion+cheddar is what it's all about. if you have that 3 things make good combo dont add on lettuce and tomato cuz they will kill the taste of the burger.

I'm passing along a suggestion I saw in a YouTube comment section recently. mix a little yellow mustard into the ground beef before you cook it. Final product doesn't taste mustardy. It'll change your life.
