Sam, I love what you do, especially when you make something especially from scratch. So what is with the canned chili? I mean, you can probably make an amazing chili and freeze it, then pull it out for your chili dogs. Look at the ingredients on the can, Do you want to eat stuff that you can't pronounce? Do a series on freezer stock items like pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce, enchilada sauce, chicken stock, beef stock, pizza dough--stuff you can nuke or pull out the night before and make great meals from. Up your game, man, 'cause you are worthy!

My wife loves chili dogs. I do not. BUT. I made hers with chili and mine without. She stated way better than her normal chili dog that she is used to. I am stuck on the Japanese mayo also. always in the fridge. My dogs, even without the chili, was way beyond anything I am used to. Another great recipe and fantastic video. please do not change the way you do videos. the little swearing adds to a REAL video. for the people who dont like it because the kids watch. be a parent. The meatball sandwich is next on our list.

Chili dogs were my favorite food as a kid. I've never had bacon wrapped though I'm sure it's great. Make mine with chili and yellow mustard please. Your videos appeal to stoners everywhere.

Living in Arkansas, were not too familiar with Japanese mayo. What all do you put it on, or is it basically a substitute for regular Hellmans? The bacon-wrapped hot dog looks incredible!

The entire thing was amazing (dog, chili, onion, bacon, cheese) but disagree with the mayo. Can't understand why you put that on everything. Mayo aside, that looks delicious.

Looking great. I'll add a squeeze of yellow mustard the full length of the dog and one long slice of a dill pickle, oh yum. Just got another 3 tubes of Kewpie also!
