Just gotta say you are awesome! I have been the WORST at cooking food. I can cook, of course, but growing up with a quadriplegic mom didnt help much in figuring out day-to-day meals. It was either extravagant, super detailed recipes that took forever or take out. Anyway, watching you cook and make things so simple and so delicious has transformed my brain since Im such a visual learner. I have felt more excited and inspired to cook for my family than ever before. Thank you!

For Sam: great idea on the benedict. One could define the benedict as bread, meat, sauce, poached egg and cover a multitude of sins, er, I mean, styles. Totally works. For the envious ones about the patio, IT IS A HEAT SOURCE! Yes, the patio is beautiful, but it is what you do with it that matters. All the fancy cooktops do 1 thing: supply heat. Put your hard earned money into good food and relationship building, and you will be happy.

Horseradish! As I did think it would be! Lucky guess? Also, I had my Maverick experiences in North Las Vegas area near Nellis A. F. B. Eventually, they did crack my bedroom window. I lived on the second floor in a complex near the end of the south runway of Nellis. My apartment would tremble sometimes; but, like you said the sound of freedom and thank the creator they exist anyway. :)

Eggs Benedict was created by a Wall Street broker looking for a hangover cure back in 1894. His name was Benedict. So, what makes a Benedict, anything that would be good for hangovers, I guess. I think the above would totally qualify

Damn it, Sam! You just made me hungry. Looks great! Love that Evo grill, but they're pricey. Kudos on another good meal suggestion.
