I Absolutely Love Your Videos and I have Given the Thumbs Up on all, so far. I Cringed when I saw THIS video, haha! The Lobster being grilled I can handle -- but OMG Mayo, Spicy Ketchup, DILL (for Christ Sakes), green onion, Celery powder, All Over the Beloved Lobster Meat. Lobster Meat is the One Meat on Earth that does NOT need the Help of Seasonings. There, Now I feel Better. I still LOVE Your other Videos. so far! haha!

Hey Sam, huge fan of yours. I live in the Maritimes on the East coast of Canada (New Brunswick. Many of my relatives, on my mother's side, are lobster fishermen. So I have seen my fair share of lobster. While I believe I make the best ever lobster roll, I am by no means, above trying yours. It looks amazing. Anyone who is unwilling to try something new is cheating themselves, IMHO. cheers!

The flavor of Lobster meat is too delicate to season this heavily in my opinion. Shrimp or a solid white fish like haddock would work as well. Although I'm sure your version is as delicious as it looks this is not what I'd do with lobster when I can afford it. Yours is another good and interesting take on my home state of Maine's treasure of the sea.

sam, please just promise me that if you're cooking with maine lobster in the future that you use a traditional recipe! i respect that you're doing your own thing though, and i would be interested to try your interpretation. it appears that you live in florida currently--but just out of curiosity, where are you from? -new england native

Sam I think you should clarify (pun not intended) if you are using salted or unsalted butter. I notice you said butter and a pinch of salt, so I assume you are using unsalted, but the more novice enthusiasts may appreciate the extra bit of information. My recommendation goes for every video not just this one. Sprinkle in the pro tips.

I always hate when the lobster rolls are just pure lobster There's no flavor no nothing Personally my favorite lobster roll I've had was in New Hampshire It was basically a chicjen or tuna salad with actual seasoningFor some reason New England doesn't know what seasoning is From Texas btw

Sam, do you not enjoy spicy food? Seems like a lot of the videos I watch you constantly reassure people ingredients aren't spicy (which I understand why) but does that mean you don't like spicy foods? If you do what are some videos I should check out? Cause I love spicy meals.
