Man these guys all start when they were young Im almost 21 and Ive just decided I want to go to culinary school after I finish this current degree but I just hope I have a fraction of the skill dedication and patience they have and part of my dream is to work for a V high end restaurant or even a michilen star.

i find pastry so fascinating yet i could never be one. i always wanted to learn the art of pastry cooking. dont get me wrong i can make desserts but i much prefer the other sections in the kitchen
