They, said she couldn't run it, Well they are wrong. Again. I would be honored the shake this masters hand, but she might not be able to spare that much time. Around Oregon, it's different. We do have a few places, where you look at the plates, all that's left behind are tongue tracks.

What a lot of these legit pitmasters around the world in these small towns don't realize is if they moved shop to some place like So. Cal or New York, they could charge 20 per sandwich and 30 per rack of ribs and people would line up out the door.

Meat cooked over the coals far enough away from it that it don't burn the food. old fashioned pit BBQ. this is what I like, fat dripping down on the hardwood coals, to me the Flavor is better than smoked meat, just my opinion.

Im from and live in Pittsburgh so good barbecue is hard to come by, anytime I travel south 1st thing I look for is a good BBQ joint. The best is the ones that have picnic tables to eat at. Just absolutely amazing.

3: 05 this lady took the cell phone from off her shoulder and touched the sandwich while she was making it. Thats nasty. 9 times out of 10 she takes her cell to the restroom with her. Ill never eat there.

No offense but when the men came up to her asking about the squirrel, really felt some weird energy. She was being nice saying they are strange but sweet. She is just doing her job and mmm. Looks so good!

Actually you make more money if you can get more workers to help out and produce a larger volume of production. More product produced you sell more, generate more revenue, and the more money you make.

What a great story and what a generous guy to just give her the restaurant! She needs a ventilation fan it the pit area, he wouldn't have to suffer anymore. I've got to make a trip to Helen's!
