You're right with your observation! Citrus fruits with a smoother and thinner skin, which feal rather heavy for theire size, are the juciest! And if you juice them properly (e. g. in a citrus press) you don't even need to role them, yet it is a great workout to roll limes for 100 mojitos; )

iv noticed you edited this in a way where your voice comes out of one ear peice and her voice comes out the other and id prefer if you used both head phone sides because its very uncomfortable. like extremely uncomfortable.

Cali Dogs look great! While shopping for limes once a woman much older than me told me the same thing, -look for the smooth skinned limes, they are the juiciest-. Been doing it ever since, I think she was right.

I bought white pepper for Thai recipes. Apparently, they use more white pepper. It's almost like it has more of a kick than black pepper.
