What a sellout she is. I remember when she said you'd never see her using premade packages of spices, that everything she makes is done from scratch. Here she is using a premade package of spices and promoting a specific brand of premade spice. Not to mention that she's boring now and lost all her humor, which is what made her appealing and grew her audience.

I knew that, once you moved out to La-la-land, it was only a matter of time before you sold out, and sure enough, here you are, clearly in the hip pocket of Big Condiment, introducing people to wholesome, accessible recipes made with readily available, easily affordable ingredients. I don't know whom to trust anymore! I mean, is Chef Baby even an actual chef?

Salting the fries draws the liquid out of them making them less crispy I've noticed. Best to add salt after the bake for crispyness. Also soaking them to release starch would probably help too.

Any ideas for how to make my own -Ranch- seasoning? Ranch, as a concept, doesn't exist outside the U. S, or at least not in the U. K. /Ireland anyway!
