The best ever Apple cake with caramel, with tons of apples and the best taste ever! Today I am sharing this amazing apple cake which is one of my favourite desserts to make. It requires very few simple ingredients but is so delicious. This apple cake is always a crowd-pleaser and I'm excited to share it with you today. Hope you enjoy it! -
Ingredients:
1 kg apples (6-7 pieces)
For caramel:
150 g sugar
For the countertop:
5 eggs (separate)
125 g sugar
1 vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
125 g white flour
50 g butter
baking tray: 23 cm
If you prepare the caramel in a pan and pour it into a form with removable walls, the apple juice will flow into the oven! In this case it is good to place the detachable form on a baking tray lined with baking paper
