Ingredients:
40 g raisins
2 carrots (150 g )
2 eggs
75 ml vegetable oil
85 g sugar
150 g flour
6 g baking powder
How to cook
Soak raisins in boiling water
Add eggs and vegetable oil
Grate the carrots
Add sugar, mix well
Add sifted flour and baking powder
Mix well
Add raisins, stir
Put out the dough
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 - C
Sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional)
