2 eggs
80 g sugar
30 g vegetable Oil
65 g kefir (at room temperature)
80 g flour
25 g cornstarch
15 g cocoa
4 g baking powder
baking pan 20 - 30 cm
Bake for 10 minutes at 180- C
Cream:
150 g whipping cream (33-35%)
60 g condensed milk
For the gaze:
30 g butter
50 g milk
40 g milk chocolate
